The Volusia County Daytona Beach NAACP to Host it's 46th Annual Freedom Fund Banquet on Friday, July 12, 2019 at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort 100 N. Atlantic Avenue, Daytona Beach. This years special guest speaker will be "Desmond Meade", President of Florida Rights Restoration Coalition (FRRC). Florida just restored Voting Rights to 1.4 Million People. This is the largest expansion in Voting Rights since the Voting Rights Act.
