Brittany Presley is the owner of Divine Designs Event Planning & Decor, LLC. For the last three years, the Crab & Seafood Festival has been held in Port Orange, Florida. Mrs. Presley decided to bring the festival to Daytona Beach this year for the first time. This years event was held in the heart of Daytona Beach Black community on Dr. Mary McLeod Bethune Boulevard (historically Second Avenue). There were close to a thousand people in attendance for the seafood festival.
Thirty vendors, both local and out of town, lined the streets of Dr. Mary Mcleod Bethune Blvd. The crowd and vendors stretched from from MLK Blvd. up to Charles street. C-Styles Entertainment provided music for the festival goers. The event was a huge success for the community with several vendors selling out and leaving participants anxious for next years festival.
