Dr. Sadie B. McConner was born and reared in Brooklyn, New York. She is one of six children. I have also lived in Cleveland, Ohio; Marietta, Georgia; Perry Point, Maryland and Daytona Beach, Florida. While relocating for academic endeavors, training, and career advancement she has collected various pieces of art. Some of her favorite artists are Albert Fennell, Charles Bibb, and Thomas Black shears.
