BOOSTER SHOTS
Anyone with pre existing conditions (COPD, Diabetes,etc............can schedule for a Pfizer booster shot at the Islamic Center on Friday September 3rd 2021 (2:00 pm - 4:00 pm)
Adults must have been vaccinated with the Pfizer or Moderna COVID-19 vaccine after their second dose was administered eight months ago to be able to receive the Booster shot.
Johnson and Johnson Booster shots is not available at this time.🕌

The Volusia County Health Department is very excited to announce that the second COVID-19 shots will be administered at the Islamic Center of Daytona Beach on Friday September 3rd 2021 from 2:00-4:00 pm under the pavilions if the weather permits. 🕌 The second vaccine shots is available for the Muslims and Non- Muslims in our community that have received their first COVID -19 vaccination on August 15th at the Islamic Center. 🕌 Anyone ages 12 years and older receiving their second vaccinated shot, must receive the same vaccine that was administered the first time either Moderna, Pfizer or Johnson and Johnson. 🕌 Unfortunately, many countries still do not have access at all or to any type of vaccines.🕌 Alhumdulilah, the Islamic Center is the only facility that was given the opportunity to have three choices to select from.🕌 We would like to show much appreciation to our beloved, scholar doctors that have medically informed us of the knowledge needed for a clear understanding of why the vaccines are important to our well-being.
Allah has blessed these well known doctors in our community with the medical knowledge to help all of the people with their support and concerns.🕌
