This week's episode of The Rell Black Show was all about Black History in Daytona Beach. This past weekend, there was a variety of events including the Black Heritage Festival in New Smyrna Beach as well as The Freemanville celebration in Port Orange, FL.
On Saturday, I and my organization hosted "Open Forum: Got Issues", a black history-themed showcase all about expressing opinions and celebrating our culture. To top it all off, I was honored by the Daytona Beach Cowboys for my activism. Don't forget, Malcolm X Day is Saturday, May 16th, and we're looking for vendors.
