The Juneteenth Festival Committee, Inc is gearing up for another Community Celebration to commemorate the emancipation of slavery.
The 19th Annual Community Celebration will commence Wednesday, June 12th with the "Hometown Hero Banquet" at the Student Union Center, located on the beautiful campus of
Embry - Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach. During the banquet, "Hometown Heroes" will be recognized for their efforts and achievements in making our community better and stronger.
Saturday, June 15th will be the' "Family Festival" held at Cypress Street Park (925 George Engram Blvd.) The festival will feature family games, a petting zoo as well as pony rides, large inflatables, a rock climb wall, live entertainment, food vendors information vendors and more.
