On Saturday, December 21, The Community healing Project celebrated an evening of entertainment and family fun. The residents came from surrounding communities to enjoy an evening of dancing, singing, free haircuts and hair braiding for kids and adults. The donations poured in by the hundreds for the kids. Partnering with Burlington Coat Factory, Community Healing Project Inc., headed by president Rell Black, was able to provide the kids and adults in the community with 125 coats.
There were an additional 300 gifts donated from people in the community to help Community Healing Project Inc. give the kids a Merry Christmas, and a Happy Kwanzaa as the festive days approached. Saturday night was very successful and a blessing for the Daytona Beach Community. Rell Black continues to outdo himself in the community.
