On April 5, 2026, the Easter Sunday Midtown Celebration Sunrise Service took place at Daisy Stockton Park in Daytona Beach. The service started at 6:00 A.M. Pastor Derrick Harris, along with Pastor Eddie Lake, decided to bring the service celebration to the Midtown area this year for the first time. The event had no known affiliation with any other group. The event was just a gathering of unity with area pastors.
