The virtual training program focuses on body mapping, physiology, Tai Chi, music therapy, mental health, and nutrition to improve coping with stress and trauma through learning specific skills and techniques that focus on the mind-body wellness of the whole person and not just the disease. Led by Dr. Rose Grace, Associate Professor of Music, Dr. Daniel Hollar, Department Chair of Psychology, and Dr. Dianna Lee (MD).
B-CU’s Virtual Holistic Arts & Wellness Training Program is a comprehensive series of virtual workshops. B-CU’s Virtual Holistic Arts & Wellness Training Program: a comprehensive series of virtual workshops, interactive movement routine modules, and live, synchronous round table discussions, providing accessible coping strategies to reduce stress, maintain a healthier professional and personal lifestyle and improve overall wellness. CEUs accredited by Florida Certification Board and Florida Department of Education.
